# Issuance and Acquisition

Open and transparent

$Кат adopts the pre-casting setting, and all $Кат are cast uniformly and the permissions are discarded. All $Кат are open, transparent, and can be queried on the chain. There is no ICO or IEO.

The only way to obtain $Кат is to participate in the community resonance through participating in the Bingo protocol.
